Dear Steamline:
I purchased the stowaway Editor many years ago and she served me well through many journeys. The case is in pretty good shape, but the strap/buckle has torn making it difficult to use. Please see attached photo below.
It took me ages to find you again and have decided to purchase the Creme Diplomat hoping the leather will stand the test of time! But as I was looking over the website, I see there is a Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee! Does this mean my Editor can be fixed? Do you sell replacement straps? I would be interested in getting two and giving the case a new life.
It would be a great gift to pass along to my niece if possible!

I've always loved traveling with my suitcase, finding it very easy to pick out in a crowd. And I've received endless complements everywhere I've landed!
